Technology in the PE Class
Technology is fundamental to our unique delivery of the new Leaving Cert PE course. The advantage of each student having their own iPad is invaluable and has opened up many new and exciting ways for students to explore the PE curriculum. Apps such as Video Delay, Coaches Board and Hudl Technique these allow real time visual feedback to students and is applicable to all aspects of Physical Education, not just LCPE.

Technology in the Irish Classroom
Using book creator students are empowered to creating their own own content. Gaeilge teachers have found that student engagement has increased through the use of book creator app and learning outcomes have improved.

The implementation of flipped learning as a methodology has been hugely beneficial for our students as it has enabled a truly personalised and differentiated approach to their learning.

Harnessing the power of technology teachers are gaining a greater understanding of misconceptions in student learning through the use of audio recordings and Explain Everything.
